Why Use a Transaction Coordinator

My Transaction Co. was formed on the premise that agents are busy and their time is best spent not doing busy work. Lots of people do a lot of things well, but by focusing on what you do best, you can reach your goals, professionally and personally. By letting us handle some of your 'busy work', it allows you to do just that.

Our Services

The My Transaction Co. team assists real estate agents with their transaction paperwork and coordination, and does so on a virtual, per transaction basis, allowing you more time for meeting with potential clients and increasing sales. We handle contract to close scheduling, paperwork & compliance, listing paperwork & compliance and write offers.

My Transaction Co also works directly with brokers virtual compliance review, staff and agent training, and business consulting. We also offer to provide transaction coordination to your entire agent force for a discounted rate.

Our Team - Our Difference

We currently have a team of three. Anita, her daughter Aryn, and our compliance specialist, Suzanne. All of our team members are professionally trained, systems-oriented people, with a discerning eye with contracts. We are focused on doing superior work to make your business run more efficiently and give your time back to you, while knowing that your transactions will be handled efficiently, professionally and with the care that they deserve.

Anita has many years of real estate experience and expertise and enjoys sharing it with others. Her clients can always count on her to bring updated knowledge of the real estate forms and procedures and her clients who are newer agents have a level of comfort with having that back-up as they move forward in their new career.

Our clients also enjoy the fact that while we reserve the right to have time off, we are often working outside of regular work hours. Just ask if we are available!
